Evaluation reports are either openly accessible via pdf download, or accessible via MSF's internal Sharepoint, which is mainly due to the sensitive nature of the operational contexts and resulting content. However, there are ongoing discussions about making all evaluation reports publicly searchable. Bikenge Review OCB Deciding and Launching Process (2016)

Bikenge project was opened in Jan 2015, and medical activities starting on Mar 2015. Six months later, in October 2015, the decision was made to close the project. This was followed by a feeling of frustration, the impression that invested resources were wasted and that this closure could negatively impact on the population and MSF perception.This evaluation looks at the process of decision making for starting the project with the goal to identify the lessons to be used by operations in order to avoid similar situations in the future.

This publication was produced at the request of MSF OCB, under the management of the Stockholm Evaluation Unit. It was prepared independently by Eva P. Rocillo Aréchaga.

OCA Emergency Response Units Evaluation (without annexes)

This is a comprehensive evaluation of OCA's in country emergency response units in Nigeria, Chad, North Kivu, South Kivu and Katanga. The report consists of the transversal analysis of all of the ERUs as well as the individual evaluations of each specific ERU project. The outcomes have been reduced into Management Summary Charts found on p.8 of the report.
